These Terms & Conditions govern the business relationship between you and AVNGRS E-Retail Private Limited (CIN: U74999WB2018PTC226903), operating under the commercial brand AVNGRS. By submitting an enquiry or engaging in a commercial transaction with AVNGRS, you accept these terms.

AVNGRS is an engineering-focused global sourcing partner for hydraulic adaptors, fittings, and fluid connectivity components. We operate through a curated network of qualified manufacturing partners and are not a manufacturer. Our services include:

• Technical review and interpretation of customer requirements
• Supplier identification, qualification, and management
• Quality inspection, verification, and documentation
• Export documentation and international logistics coordination
• Commercial and procurement support for global buyers

All quotations issued by AVNGRS are subject to the following conditions:

• Quotations are valid for the period specified in the document (typically 30 days)
• Pricing is subject to raw material cost fluctuations unless a fixed price is confirmed in writing
• Orders are only confirmed upon written acceptance by AVNGRS
• Specifications agreed at quotation stage form the basis of supply
• Any changes to specification post-order may affect pricing and lead time

Products are supplied in accordance with the specifications agreed during the quotation process. AVNGRS implements a structured quality process including supplier qualification, dimensional verification, thread gauge validation, and documentation review. Quality documentation is provided as agreed in the purchase terms. Third-party inspection is available upon request and subject to additional charges.

Delivery timelines communicated by AVNGRS are estimates based on standard production and shipping conditions at the time of quotation. AVNGRS is not liable for delays caused by:

• Customs clearance delays at origin or destination
• Freight carrier delays or force majeure events
• Delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate specifications from the buyer
• Port congestion, strikes, or other factors outside our control

Payment terms are agreed on a per-transaction basis and specified in the commercial invoice or proforma invoice. Standard terms for new customers require advance payment or documentary credit. AVNGRS reserves the right to hold shipment pending payment confirmation.

Technical drawings, specifications, and documents submitted by buyers are treated as confidential. They are used solely to fulfill the stated requirement and are not shared beyond the supply chain engaged for that specific order. AVNGRS does not claim ownership of buyer-supplied designs or specifications.

AVNGRS's liability is limited to the value of the specific order in question. We are not liable for consequential losses, loss of production, equipment downtime, or indirect damages arising from component supply. Our quality processes are designed to reduce risk but do not constitute a warranty against all possible application failures. Buyers are responsible for confirming component suitability for their specific application.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of West Bengal, India.
