Registered exporter with the Agricultural and Processed Food Products Export Development Authority.
Spice Board of India
Registered with the Spices Board, the statutory body for Indian spice exports.
ISO 22000 / HACCP
Food safety management system with hazard analysis and critical control points.
Halal
Certified for halal-compliant supply chains.
Kosher
Certified for kosher-compliant supply chains.
Organic
Certified organic supply available. Scope is confirmed per product at enquiry.

Alliums
HMHDPE bag in corrugated box
Onion and garlic in all cuts. The inner bag holds moisture out; the corrugated outer takes the stacking load in a full container. Shelf life 18 months.
Spices
LDPE-EVOH liner in kraft paper bag · 25 kg
The EVOH layer is the critical component, being a considerably better oxygen barrier than polyethylene alone, which is what keeps volatile aroma compounds in the bag. Shelf life 12 months.

Storage & shelf life
Cool and dry, at or below 22 °C / 72 °F, relative humidity at or below 75%
Shelf life is quoted from date of production: 18 months for dehydrated onion and garlic, 12 months for spices. Both assume the storage conditions above and an unopened pack.

Incoterms
FOB or CIF, at the buyer's discretion, from any Indian port. We quote on either basis, so please advise which suits your arrangements.
Ports
Any Indian port you prefer, including Nhava Sheva, Mundra, Kolkata / Haldia, Chennai, Kandla.
Minimum order
Minimum order quantity on request. Volumes are assessed against container economics, and we will advise candidly on what is commercially viable for your requirement.
